Today is Friday, and my first day in China that I do not have any sort of plan. My class finished yesterday, and I do not travel again until tomorrow evening. I do not even really need to pack today.
So I slept in. And when I woke at about 8am I discovered that I am stiff and sore like... Like I had just fallen down the stairs! Since I didn't do anything particularly interesting yesterday that should involve these muscles and joints, I have to imagine that my body missed my morning walk. *blink* Who knew?! Exercise really does make me feel better!

Date: 2007-08-24 12:11 pm (UTC)exercise is good for my mental health - i started my days on the elliptical monday, tuesday, and wednesday and have really missed it yesterday and today. of course, i think i'm getting equivalent exercise running back and forth across airports (stuck in cancellation hell in chicago, trying to get home in time to turn around and fly to burning man), but this method isn't nearly as much fun.
