Today is Friday, and my first day in China that I do not have any sort of plan. My class finished yesterday, and I do not travel again until tomorrow evening. I do not even really need to pack today.
So I slept in. And when I woke at about 8am I discovered that I am stiff and sore like... Like I had just fallen down the stairs! Since I didn't do anything particularly interesting yesterday that should involve these muscles and joints, I have to imagine that my body missed my morning walk. *blink* Who knew?! Exercise really does make me feel better!
