On front, a picture of my grandfather holding a fish, wearing a fishing hat and with fishing poles leaning around him.  On back, "RE Rose Sr.  T peer striper."  No date.  No location. But the fish has to be described exactly.

reducing my quarterly pest maintenance

This one was a phone call.  I was pretty simple and straightforward.  I said that with lack of money coming in, I was concerned about paying them.  "Is there any way we can reduce my quarterly bill?  Say, for the next year?"  And then I asked specifically about what it would take to cancel the service entirely.  Would I need to give any advance notice?  Happily, no.

The gentleman came back and offered me $18/month off my bill.  I accepted gratefully.
