reducing my quarterly pest maintenance

This one was a phone call.  I was pretty simple and straightforward.  I said that with lack of money coming in, I was concerned about paying them.  "Is there any way we can reduce my quarterly bill?  Say, for the next year?"  And then I asked specifically about what it would take to cancel the service entirely.  Would I need to give any advance notice?  Happily, no.

The gentleman came back and offered me $18/month off my bill.  I accepted gratefully.

What kind of pests are you maintaining? Personally, I let my pests fend for themselves; I'm no pest sugar-mama. ;-)

*laugh* Pest _Control_. That's what I get for being efficient... *grin*

Moths, ants, fire ants, hornets, roaches, silverfish, rats, birds, mice, rabbits... Having lived in East Texas and encountered all sorts of small and large things trying to live with us, I am a bit leery of sharing my space with any creatures besides T and the cat.

I see. :-) We mostly have these beetles that live in the basement. The cats drag them upstairs to play with, so we are constantly sweeping up their remains. And lately, we have been getting centipedes in the shower. I think they are coming up the drain? Maybe because of the incessant rain lately. And of course there are rats in the neighborhood. Sophie believes it is her job to patrol for rats. She's only caught one once, though. :-)
