Poor guy. I was getting my plane ticket confirmed (again -- the 24 hour confirmation. Just being paranoid. Which doesn't mean they won't drop me for no reason at all. It has happened to other people. I do not want to stay overnight on the airport floor, thanks.). I was in the Business Center all of 5 minutes. During that time, I heard him tell his story... very slowly... to at least three different people. All he really wanted to know was, "Should I pay for my plane ticket now, via credit card? Or at the airport tomorrow?"
Poor guy.
As I left, I told him, "Good luck."
He had a slightly desperate note in his voice as he responded, "By any chance, do you speak Chinese?!"
"No chance. Sorry."
