Enjoying the weather

The weather since Monday a week ago has been so amazing! 

I am not the kind of person who "spends time outside" or deliberately goes outside for any reason.  I avoid that burning ball in the sky like it... well, burns.  Because, you know, it does.  Horrible, horrible burning ball.

But not this week!  Every day I have been putting the top down on my cute sports car and enjoying the sunshine and air.  The temperature is just perfect, day and night.  In the evening, I have even turned on the seat heaters.  *smile*  Not that it has been actually what most people would consider "cold," but I like the idea. 

Any day now, it will all end.  "Fall" doesn't last very long here.  A day or two, usually.  And then the burning hot weather returns.  But I plan to enjoy every scrap we have. 

That, and I'm not traveling for another week or two.  So, gotta get all the enjoyment out of this while I can.  *smile*

yay seat heaters! "because i can" is a perfectly legitimate reason for turning them on, imho. it's been really pleasant here, too - i think we're going to have to turn on our heater tonight, for the first time this fall, since there's a frost warning. (we probably should have turned it on last night, since it was 64 degrees upstairs when i got up this morning...)
