Roast Leg of Lamb
Filled with Black Pudding and Apricot Farce, Whole Grain Thyme Mash and Rose Mary Jus

My notes: What is Farce? Or Jus? I just had to order it!
even later notes:  It was a brown meat in a brown sauce.  There was no "filling" that I could detect.  No whole grain thyme anything, much less rosemary.

"farce" is french for "stuffing." "jus" is french for "juice" - you might see a roast beef sandwich "au jus," served with the beef juices for dipping.

sounds like the restaurant was trying to substitute fancy names for actual quality...
