I like this article, "The Worst Tweeter in Politics Isn't Trump" because 
  • It talks about twitter in terms of numbers, which makes more sense to me than twitter itself. 
  • It demonstrates the use of a too-rarely-used graph type (ternary plot). I love this graph use here because it is explained well and easy to understand even if you have never seen it before. 
  • Once you get comfortable with one ternary plot, they then switch to lots of tiny ternary plots to compare a bunch of different politicians. This is a classic and under-utilized technique that I think communicates the basic idea really well. I have no idea who Bill Cassidy is, but he and Lindsey Graham are doing something.
Ok, yes, it is an article about politics. But that shouldn't get in the way of some lovely graphs!

Interesting graphs. However, I have a problem about the basic assumption that comments are bad (though it's probably true) and re-tweets are good (I know plenty of people who re-post things on Facebook in order to criticize them).
