indigo_rose99This morning was a rare chance to sleep past the usual 4:30am alarm. Until our house decided to wake us up.
The house temperature after 6am was set to a minimum of 69F. We know, because it was still set to that when we woke up from being too hot. It was 80F and rose to 82F before we managed to shut the stupid thing down.
I've attempted to do a searches on this, but cannot find the right key words. Overheating house? House heat won't shut off? Setting ignores actual temperature? Grrrr.... Lots of ads, nothing useful.
What worries me is that we didn't notice the heat go back on any time today, though I restarted the programming. There is a good chance the temperature never dropped low enough to merit heat. What if this is the start of a bigger failure?
