indigo_rose99Tried haggis today. On mash. I actually had to ask what mash was. "Where are you from? ...Obviously not here!" As if my accent hadn't given me away. Well, we are in a restaurant called 'Monster Mash' and I didn't want to make any dangerous assumptions.
It is mashed potatoes.
And the haggis wasn't bad. Kinda like meat loaf. Perhaps with a bit more (not unpleasant) texture. Our waiter assured us that it is safe these days. *slightly scared look* I didn't ask about prior to these days.
