Morning airport ritual
Dec. 21st, 2013 12:33 amAt the Manila airport, the check-in process did not start until 3 hours before my flight. I got in the economy line and waited.
At about the 3 hour mark, I noticed that ANA (All Nippon Airlines) employees seemed to be carefully arrayed in front of the check-in counters like a cheerleading term. There was a speech from the front and center guy I could not hear. Then they all said, in unison, "Ohiogozaimasu! Good morning!" Then they turned and went to their posts.
Surreal!
