Today is hump day. Halfway there.
This morning T asked for my return flight information. You know, because he couldn't find it and because he will need it. Sometime relatively soon.
In related news, my pants are loose. Yes, this trip is an incredibly painful diet plan.
I packed 3 pairs of work pants, 3 different colors and 3 different fits. There is the really comfortable grey ones, the well-fitting black ones, and the a-little-tight cream ones. I'm wearing the cream ones today. They are no longer a little tight. They fit fine. Perhaps a little loose. I've got a ways before I need a belt with them, but I no longer see the individual muscles in my legs when I wear them.
So, the India Diet is working! Lots of water, hot protein for breakfast, foodbars for all other meals. I'm taking my vitamins. The hardest part is the trying not to allow myself to become too hungry. Then the temptation to eat unwise things comes over me, and I forget what those stomach cramps feel like... See, they key isn't simply going on the diet, the key is motivation to stay on the diet!
