This morning I climbed the stairs. All 17+ stories. Twice. My fitbit claimed it was something like 33 floors total. LOVE this fitbit feature when I'm traveling. Keeping track of number off floors was a pain.
Yes, the climb made me sweat. But that could have been from the zero AC in the stairwell. It was not a hard climb, and I went really slow, scared that the creepy stuff on the floor would make me slip and I would get more lectures from T.
It is now evening. About 2 hours ago, my legs started to hurt. Leaving the restaurant this evening... I wasn't sure I was going to make it down the stairs. OW!
How can something feel like a pleasant light workout at the time, and hurt So Much later?!
