The Kilt

Walking across the cruise ship with T in full Scottish kilt is....a bit humiliating. Yes, he is cute, and the kilt is unusual. But their eyes slide right past me (in full length formal, with hair and jewelry), as they exclaim "Handsome!" or "How gorgeous!"

*sigh*

I've mostly come to the acceptance phase....

This is fascinating. But while I don't doubt your observations, I have to say that you probably *do* look stunning - it's just less acceptable for strangers to shout out such observations about a woman.

Celebrity. Which is more casual in its"formal" than we are accustomed.

Hmmm... Good point. But female-to-female, some things are still acceptable to say. At least, I THINK they are.... *guilty look*
