Home again, New Year

New Years Eve was a strange day. We "slept in" to about 5:30am. P's cold decided it was a good time to blossom.

Thanks, P! *wave* You really didn't have to share!

We hit an ATM (both being out of cash), then breakfast and the grocery store. We went to see Django, which was great. At home, I prepped Christmas morning eggs (egg casserole, to soak overnight) then took down the Christmas tree. We both cleaned and did party prep. Yes, party prep for the rest of the day. 

The party went well and lasted until almost 2am. My brother slaughtered us all at Betrayal at House on the Hill. P's cold went into full swing, overcoming even my allergy medication. 

I woke this morning a bit before 7am and started the Christmas morning eggs backing at 8am. And you may have noticed the many blog entries I put up while waiting for the house to wake. 

My spiffy dropproof, water proof, cold proof camera truly has no screen. It takes pictures (I just downloaded them and they are perfect), but the screen no longer works when trying to take or view pictures. *sigh* Time for a new camera.

Back to my regular life tomorrow... I want a nap!
