Yesterday the weather was lovely.  ~75F... I sat on the porch with a cat in my lap for about an hour in a half. I didn't bother with shoes.  It was lovely.

Today was slightly more cloudy, but still lovely.  I don't think our heat has run in days.  Last night we debated between opening the windows and turning on the AC to cool down the house for sleeping.

Ah, if it could be nice like this May through September...

My Northern friends are depressed by having to peer around mountains of snow at every corner, basically living in snow canyons when they are outside, and there is no place left to shovel the snow to. I just can't gloat in front of them.

It was gorgeous weather to visit you and T in, we couldn't have asked for any better days to drive in! Wish it had been nice up here today, but it was cold all day and the temperature continues to drop. When I went to the grocery store to pick up a couple of prescriptions, everybody and their dog was there stocking up on supplies like we were about to have a blizzard or something! It's going to be unspeakably cold and sleety, but I don't think anything horrid is supposed to happen that would keep people from the store.
