weather change
Nov. 25th, 2010 09:55 pmIt was eerie.
The weather stations have been telling us for a week that a cold front would hit on Thanksgiving Day. It was about 74F outside when I got up this morning. Just before noon, the weather reporter on TV said that the front was currently hitting our county, He said that the temperature would drop 20 degrees in just minutes.
So what do I talk T into doing? Going and sitting on the porch for the next hour, of course!
*laugh* It was in the mid-70s when I took a chair out and the cat came to keep us company. Forty-five minutes later we were debating if it was cooling down.... And then the wind started to blow. The cat perked up... wigged... and exited my lap. About 45 seconds after he vacated, it was too cold for me to comfortably stay outside. Wow, that was fast!
But see? NOW it feels like Fall. Or Winter. You know, as much as it ever does here.
