dirt and hands
Aug. 21st, 2017 09:34 amToday my knuckles are sore again, just like last Monday. I think I see a relationship here.
Both weekends I shoveled dirt from where it had landed in the creek going downstream to our neighbors (a total waste! They don't even want it!) into a wheelbarrow. And emptied at least two wheelbarrows (or as much as I can move, which is more like 1/2 - 3/4 of a wheel barrow full) of dirt into the flower beds. I can still see low spots in the flower beds... this is going to be a looooong process. T calls this "New House Cross Fit." He is right that it uses lots of muscles...
So it seems like I have the energy on a Saturday to do two wheelbarrow loads. And afterward my knuckles hurt when I try to move them. Last week the feeling had faded by about Wednesday. I went to a website to see if I have arthritis.... No, probably not. I'm not sure what it is. And why it is my knuckles and not muscles in my back or arms or legs.
