It has been a long 4 weeks. My feet are sore. However I think I'm doing pretty well on my feet care -- they don't start hurting until after noon. And while my walk from work each day is quite painful, at least I have the motivation that I can soon be off them.
I have taken up a new stretch. After my morning exercise (stair climbing this week, as the hotel gym opens 30 minutes before I need to leave for work) and before I go to bed, I try to drain the blood from my legs. Yes, it sounds creepy when I put it that way...
I lay on my back on the floor with my legs straight up a wall. This has been a challenge (to find a wall not blocked by furniture) in my tiny hotel room this week. But my perceived decrease in pain makes it all worth it.
