Norwegian Rednecks

T likes to explore other cultures through their TV. We ran across a reality show. We don't understand or read Norwegian, but it seemed to be the locals playing at being Southern Rednecks. They almost all wore cowboy hats. Several sported sheriff's stars on their shirts and cars. They had a Dodge pickup, which they decided to race. They hung Confederate flags everywhere. They seemed to drink a lot of beer around a campfire. They wore a lot of plaid flannel. Oddly,  all of their shirts had sleeves (Because it is Norway? = Cold? That was a joke.).

Watching the show made me faintly nauseous. Someone admires the environment I grew up in enough to play at it?! Ugh.
