Best. Layover. Ever.
Feb. 21st, 2014 12:37 amMy flight reached San Francisco from Manila on time. Which means I had about 5.5 hours to wait.
Texpenguin, spouse and mom picked me up and took me to dinner. My first real meal in... um... no, before that.... Since Sunday. Wow. First real meal in almost a week! Lamb burger, sweet potato fries and creme de chocolate.... So. Good. I ate too much. And they stole the check (T should be proud).
They dropped me back at SFO just in time to comfortably make my flight. *happy sigh* Can I arrange for good friends at all my long layovers?
