After the water fiasco yesterday (and the food that appeared 30 minutes after class restarted after lunch. Which means I never had time to eat it.), today I got two water bottles on my desk, first thing. Yay, water!

Somebody must have gotten yelled at.

acclimating to the weather

This morning I stood outside at 5:40am waiting for my car and chatted a bit with one of the hotel guards.

He shivered, huddled in his coat and mentioned how cold it was.

It was about 75F. I tried not to look at him like he was crazy. This is one of the rare times of day I can stand outside and be comfortable. And he thinks it is COLD?!?! He was wearing long pants and sleeves, like me.

I hate hot weather. And I really regret that it sounds like I am missing all of the lovely cold weather in Texas right now! I see articles on what to do in the snow... *regret, regret*
