Job and commputer and friends and food

My first week at my new job has been... Interesting.  It has been a faster dive into work than I've ever done at a new job.  Which is kinda nice, kinda terrifying.  In random challenges, I am trying to become a Mac user, having never used one before.  All tips welcome!  I'm at the most extreme basic level.  Tiger_stripes has been wonderful, answering such questions as "where is my window explorer?" and "I want to write simple text. Something like Notepad.  Where would I find that?"

Hanging with tiger_stripes and R for the last few days has been surprisingly fun and relaxing.  The dogs seem to like me (somewhat to my dismay, as they are Not My Cat).  They are actually kinda sweet.  We have been watching movies and relaxing and working and cooking. 

Yummy food!  Orange and Lentil Soup.  Smoothies. Roasted Chickpea Rice.  Mango Orange Surprise.
