luggage woes

It could have been worse.

They could have lost my luggage somewhere between Texas, Tokyo, Seoul,  and Malaysia.  But they didn't.

They could have lost my luggage somewhere between Malaysia and Xiamen (China).  Just the THOUGHT of the language problems in retrieving it?!  ....I'm tense already.  But they didn't.

They could have lost my luggage between Xiamen, Hong Kong, and LA.  But they didn't.  I picked up my luggage in LAX and checked it back in for my domestic leg.

No, they lost my luggage sometime during the five hour layover in LAX and the direct flight home.  *roll eyes*

repairing stone?

Anyone know anything about gluing stone?

I bought two stone dragons in China.  One of them arrived without a foot.  I have the foot.   

The seller claimed they are made of jade.  I suspect howlite, dyed.   I tried to ask, but communication broke down rather badly.

Is this a superglue situation?  A special kind of superglue?
