Romance is not dead!
Feb. 9th, 2007 04:10 pmIt has just been taking a long nap.
T decided to surprise me with an early Valentine's Day this year. He took me to one of our old favorite restaurants ("old" meaning that we had not been there in quite a while). It was lovely and romantic.
But I'd like to say that the most romantic thing was one of his gifts... Our new car plays mp3s, and I made a request. He made me a CD of mp3s to play in the car. He targeted music that I might like, but don't personally have. You know, music that is from his music collection and I probably haven't looked at. I've been wanting to expand my musical horizons. It wasn't until after I started listening to it that I realized he had a sub-theme going... *smile* Most of the music is love songs.
I'm going to grab the CD and put it in the stuff I'm taking to Ireland. My computer plays mp3s, too. *happy/sappy smile*
