I have lived in East or Central Texas most of my life. We say that it snows here every 5 years, but it is likely rarer than that. We get serious ice more often than we get real snow. In the 10+ years we have lived in this house, it has snowed (to the best of my memory) twice. One of those we only saw the brief white result because we were outside at 3am, and the other... only lasted for 20 minutes.
Although T can walk to work, today he chose to work from home. This is a challenge for him, because evidently he is distraction prone. And I am the big distraction. He is cute that way.
I made him a hot breakfast (a rare thing for me) this morning before we went to our separate rooms. He brought me his snuggie and my fingerless gloves about the time the house cooled down to its morning low. I think he was cold.
Late this morning he brought me hot tea and encouraged me to go look out a window. Ah, snow.
So, we went out and took pictures... Came in and warmed up and worked (him) and programmed (me). And a few hours later, T showed me that the snow was still falling and we went out AGAIN...

I should have understood the inevitability of that first snowball, but I really didn't.
