indigo_rose99It is July again. Tangerine mousse status: No luck on finding frozen tangerine concentrate, much less tangerine concentrate that does not contain corn syrup. I could do it from fresh whole tangerines, but this does not seem to be the season. I will keep looking. Perhaps it is simply not time yet.
I am at peace with the panetone with raisins and goji berries that I made. I froze half of the loaves. We'll see when they are appropriate.
