A year or so ago I was claiming T's stuff (as we spouses get to do, you know) and he said, "Well, if you get my stuff, I get your personal space."  I may have said, "Huh." or I may have just stared at him.  He took this as agreement.  *mostly resigned sigh*

So now T uses math For Evil.  Ok, maybe not evil.  But certainly for naughty.  He tickles me and claims that he is taking advantage of his personal space.  I say, "But you are touching me!"  He says because there is infinite amount of space between his fingertips and my skin, that he is not actually touching me.  When I protest, he starts talking about atoms and space and infinity...  *amused sigh*

So I need a good math response.

Depends. Is your goal just to get him to stop tickling you, or to get the upper hand in this particular battle of wits? Different goals, different strategies.

"In that case, 'touching' is a vacuous concept, since no object ever touches another. So let's get back to what humans mean by the word."

It's not precisely mathematical, but philosophical argument may help you more here. ;-)
