Food poisoning blows

Ok, it finally caught up with me. Ignoring the rules about skipping milk and fresh fruit and cold vegetables finally came back to haunt me. I suppose I deserve it. But man this is miserable feeling!
I suspect that it was the vegetable/fruit/shrimp salad I had two bites of at lunch before my more sensible side went "What do you think you are doing? You don't even like this that much!"
Five star hotel my ---. I'm debating whether to tell them.
