Cranberry Sauce

enough half-melted frozen orange juice concentrate to coat
pinch of cloves
Take a bag or two of frozen cranberries and run them through the food processor until they're finely chopped but not mush. Add enough half-melted frozen orange juice concentrate to coat. Sprinkle with a pinch of ground cloves. Allow to thaw and blend in the fridge for a couple of hours. Voilà!
