Day 7 of 37, Not what I planned

So, after the 5th day as a stranger in a strange land, I'm feeling pretty good. No stomach problems, it is all good. So, I'm thinking, 'Why not try that cream with my coffee? Why not have that piece of fruit from the buffet?'

Oh, these foolish thoughts! And even more foolish actions! Oh, regret regret regret! Oh... Um... Gotta go.
